Vegas attendees PLEASE READ before you travel!
As a friendly reminder, we are asking all Summit attendees to take a COVID test within 48 hours of your scheduled departure to Vegas. For everyone’s safety only team members who test negative will be able to attend the Summit. If you test positive or have any concerns about your upcoming plans, please reach out to Katie Roof immediately.

• 5/11: Reminder: Headshot appointments will be fulfilled on Wednesday, May 11th at your chosen time; Minute Meets will be filmed Thursday, May 12th

• 5/11: Headshot pictures will now be taken in Presidio 1. Please look for the sign in front of the room.

• 5/10: Please be advised: If you have elected to have a headshot taken, you need to fill out Adswerve's Photo Release Form found here.

• 5/9: Sign up - Minute Meet Video Sign Up! We’re asking for you to find a buddy to interview and signup for our new ongoing Adswervian interview section of the Thales Times. Interview questions will be provided and as a thank you for participating we’ll even hook you up with some Adswerve swag!

• 5/9: For transportation to and from the Las Vegas airport, we are asking that you take a taxi or a rideshare. As a reminder, we’ll reimburse team members up to a total of $60 for your transportation to the NoMad hotel on Tuesday, May 10th and from the hotel when you depart ($30 each way). See the Approved Transportation Requirements Doc for an overview of transportation options/requirements.

• 5/9: Nomad Check-in: Please keep in mind there is a $100/day incidental hold taken for each room upon arrival at the hotel. If you don’t charge anything to your room this will be released upon your departure.

• 4/29: Get ready! Adswerve is graciously providing a professional photographer at Summit for everyone to get headshots. Time slots will fill up fast, so if you're interested sign up now!
